Food truck festival HOPPAAA! is coming to Enkhuizen again!

You don’t have to think about what to put on the menu on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You don’t have to wait for the delivery service, because the HOPPAAA! food truck festival will be held at the Landje van Top in Enkhuizen for three days.”

This festival has the character of a big family reunion and is characterized by a wonderfully relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The best food trucks present themselves, there are various bars, you listen to nostalgic hits and for the kids there are plenty of activities. The family-friendly festival in the Onder de Drom in Enkhuizen is from August 15 to 17, of course admission is free.

Drink platters and snack platters:

At the food trucks you can get dishes from all over the world. From American hot dogs to Thai wok dishes and curries. From loaded nachos, German flammkuchen and Mexican tacos.

Traditional Dutch fries, poffertjes and toasted sandwiches to authentic Italian pastas, pizzas and delicious antipasti. Many mobile kitchens offer the shared dining principle by means of a well-filled snack platter or snack platter. “We see that many groups of friends and families like to share dishes with each other,” says Gera van Vliet of event organization Bruisend. Long dining with a drink and nice music in the background. In the meantime, the kids can have a shuffleboard competition, have their faces painted or get a glitter tattoo, that’s HOPPAAA!

Special beers on tap, slush puppy for the kids and the Cocktail bus:

In the Huisbar all (special) beers are on tap, how delicious is that! In addition, there are non-alcoholic beers, a tasty sangria and they tap slush puppy for the kids. A little further on you will find the Cocktailbus! From an Espresso Martini or a Seks on the beach to an alcohol-free Gin Tonic or a Frozen Pornstar Martini to share, there is plenty of choice!

No hassle with coins:

You probably know them; the festivals where they work with coins. Once you get home you find a few in your pocket that you can never do anything with anymore….

At the HOPPAAA! festivals they don’t work with this. The entrance is free and at every truck or bar you can pay by card and/or cash. In addition, they work with the hardcups/festival glasses that you return. This way the field stays clean and less plastic waste is created.
