The Viride Quartet with Salome Bonnema has established itself as a string quartet known for its infectious energy on stage.

The Viride Quartet not only performs international repertoire but also cultivates a passion for Dutch classical music. The quartet distinguishes itself through its unique blend of familiar repertoire and lesser-known compositions, such as the music of Willem Pijper and Oscar van Hemel. In this way, they contribute to the preservation and dissemination of the rich musical traditions of the Netherlands.

In recent years, the quartet has won several awards, including those from the Kersjes Fund and the Princess Christina Competition. The Viride Quartet is also a welcome guest at major venues and festivals throughout the Netherlands, as well as on national television and radio.
